About

A small team, deliberately focused on verification

VeriCore IP helps semiconductor teams build confidence in their designs through reusable UVM environments, protocol Verification IP and targeted engineering support.

Who we are

Verification engineers, not a generalist consultancy

We are a new specialist company built around SystemVerilog/UVM and protocol verification. Our value is in the depth of the work, not the breadth of the pitch.

Our backgrounds are in block-level and SoC verification for interfaces, processors and mixed-signal subsystems. We have lived through the regression crunch, the coverage-hole hunt and the late-night debug session — and we structure our work to reduce how often our customers face them.

We do not claim decades of history, hundreds of customers or certified compliance status. We are explicit about what we can deliver today and what is on the roadmap, because that honesty is the basis of a useful working relationship.

Values

How we work

Specialist focus

We concentrate on verification engineering — SystemVerilog, UVM, protocol behaviour and coverage closure — rather than trying to cover every discipline.

Honest scope

We state clearly what is available today, what is on the roadmap and what would need to be built for your specific project.

Direct access

Short communication chains. You talk to the engineers doing the work, not a layered account team.

IP protection

NDA-first engagements with clear handling rules for specifications, RTL, waveforms and deliverables.

Approach

Engineering-first, with clear handovers

We believe the best verification work is reviewable, reusable and well documented. Every engagement produces artefacts your team can extend without us.

  • Source-level deliverables you can inspect and modify
  • Documented coverage intent and checking rationale
  • Regular technical checkpoints, not status theatre
  • Clear separation between reusable framework and project-specific code

What we do not do

  • Claim MIPI Alliance membership or formal compliance certification
  • Display customer logos or silicon-proven performance figures we cannot verify
  • Sell black-box IP that your team cannot review or extend
  • Promise availability of roadmap items before they are built
